In 2024 CenterCal Properties was selected by the City of Rohnert Park through a competitive RFP process to act as lead developer for the site of the former State Farm campus.
The current plan calls for a 140,000 SF retail driven commercial component anchored by a 1 acre town square and activated by shops, restaurants, and year round event programming, a new hotel adjacent to the SMART train line, and a minimum 300 housing units including 25% made available to low income residents.
