Downtown Rohnert Park represents a generational opportunity to turn an under-utilized piece of land into a vibrant, mixed use, mixed income downtown for the City of Rohnert Park.

Adjacent to the Rohnert Park SMART train station and convenient to other community amenities this project will be a beacon for not only Sonoma County but the broader Bay Area on what thoughtful, sustainable, infill development can look like. 

In 2024 CenterCal Properties was selected by the City of Rohnert Park through a competitive RFP process to act as lead developer for the site of the former State Farm campus.

The current plan calls for a 140,000 SF retail driven commercial component anchored by a 1 acre town square and activated by shops, restaurants, and year round event programming, a new hotel adjacent to the SMART train line, and a minimum 300 housing units including 25% made available to low income residents.
